Hi,

before your ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues, please allow me to walk you through some initial debugging steps. This will help speed up the support process.

Could you please provide more details about the specific elements you're having trouble with? This will help us understand the issue better and provide more accurate support.

So, your theme includes "Jobs Information" elements you want to use on a translated page. Is that correct? Please describe the issue more precisely,as I can't see any conflict here.

The elements might not be translation-ready to be used, as WP doesn't detect them as custom post types (based on the WPML debug info you provided). Civi is currently not certified yet to use with WPML, so there might be errors: https://wpml.org/theme/?wpv_view_count=119967&wpv-theme-category=0&wpv_post_search=Civi&wpv-wpcf-recommendation-flag=&wpv_filter_submit=Search.

The authors have a section on how to translate, but they have just embedded a video from us without any explanation about their specific elements: hidden link.

Best Regards
Marcel

Hi Lorenzo,

Thank you for contacting WPML support, I’m happy to help you with this issue.

The Job menu in the admin area is created by the theme Civi on your site. This theme is not available in our list of compatible themes https://wpml.org/theme/
so you might experience some issues when using it with WPML.
I suggest you contact the theme author, ask them if they are aware of this issue and join our Go Global program where our Compatibility developers will help them to make their product compatible with WPML.
https://wpml.org/documentation/support/go-global-program/

Thanks for your co-operation.
