Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate a page into English: hidden link. I expected to see an English selection to go to the translated English page.

Symptoms:
I tried everything but nothing happens. Instead, I only see the French version available.

Questions:
Why is the English translation not appearing?
How can I make the English version available?

Thank you for contacting WPML support.

Have you completed the translation of the page? You should see the pencil icon in the language side bar when editing the page in the original language.

If you are still experiencing issues, try updating the page translation. To do this, make a slight modification to the original page, save it, then navigate to the WPML translation editor to complete the translation.

Yes, I did everything you mentioned.
Nothing works.

Also translation queue is empty (but I can see 8 inside).

Thanks for your help

I need to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site—preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible—in order to be of better help. When you log in to leave your next reply, you will find the needed fields below the comment area. The information you will enter is private, meaning only you and I can see and access it.
