This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client needed guidance on how to use WPML with the Download Manager plugin, specifically on how to separate packages when switching from UK English to US English.
Solution:
We apologize for the delay in response. After researching, it appears that the Download Manager plugin may not be fully compatible with WPML. It is not listed in our official WPML-compatible plugins repository.
We suggest using this custom Google Search to find related support tickets: Google Search for WPML and Download Manager.
Additionally, there are two support topics on the plugin's website that might be helpful, but they require an active account to access:

If these resources do not resolve the issue, we recommend contacting the Download Manager support directly at their contact page to inquire if they have a guide for WPML compatibility.

Please note that the solution provided might be outdated or not applicable to your case. If so, we encourage you to open a new support ticket. We also highly recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.

Hi

I can see lots of posts about using WPML with Download Manager.

However, none of them actually explain how it is done.

We have added a lot of packages in UK English. Then when we change to US English all of the packages are there. How do we separate them?

Hi there.

Sorry for the delay. Sometimes, depending on how full the chat & ticket queue are, it can take a little time until we are able to respond.

I spent some time looking into this and I tried to go through the existing support tickets that are related to this exact plugin name.

Here are the ones that I was able to find through this custom Google Search that I used:
hidden link

It seems that this plugin might not be 100% fully compatible with WPML at this point.

It is also missing from our official WPML-compatible plugins repository here:
https://wpml.org/plugin/

If you try to search for it, you will see that this is fully missing from our database.

It seems that there are also 2 existing URLs on that plugin's website but I can't see them because I need an active account.

I'm leaving them below so that maybe you can log into your own account and try to see if you can access them:

I hope that you will find all this information helpful. 🙂

If none of the above help, I recommend that you also contact their support here (hidden link) and see if they may have a guide available that they can share with you in case their plugin is WPML-compatible so that you will know what steps need to be followed in order to accomplish your goal and separate the packages.

Please let me know how things go.
