I am encountering an issue with the translation feature of a Gutenberg "Details" block on my WordPress site. Despite translating the block text within the Advance Translator , the changes are not being reflected on the frontend.

Specifically, the word "Además" in the original language has been translated to "Read more" in English. This translation is correctly displayed in the Translator. However, the frontend still shows the original Spanish "Además" instead of the updated English text. I have attached a screenshot to illustrate the discrepancy between the backend and the frontend.

Notably, all other texts have been translated correctly and are displaying as expected.

To address this issue, I have:

Cleared the site cache.
Verified that the issue persists post-clearance.
Confirmed that the translation appears correctly in the backend editor.
I would greatly appreciate your guidance in resolving this issue to ensure that the translated text is displayed accurately for all site visitors. If there are any specific settings that I need to adjust or if there is a known resolution to this problem, please inform me.

Thank you for your assistance and time.

Best regards, D.

Hello Diego,

Thank you for contacting the support.

I was able to reproduce the problem in my sandbox site (hidden link) and after some discussion I found that the said block is new and seems to have a compatibility problem.

The issue occurs even with standard WP themes.

I've escalated the problem to our 2nd tier team for further investigation and 'll get back to you as soon as there's more information.

Regards.
