This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to find the 'Tools' menu option under 'WPML Translation Management'.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend you enable the Advanced Translation Editor. To do this, go to WPML > Settings > Translation Editor, and activate the Advanced Translation Editor. This action should make the 'Tools' tab appear.

3) In keys.support under WPML Translation Management, there is no menu option called Tools

Hi,

Here is the new ticket. You need to enable Advanced Translation Editor in WPML > Settings > Translation Editor, to enable the Tools tab.
