I am trying to: change one photo on hidden link and it's translated pages (adding the savaria handicare logo). Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link I expected to see: only one change required in the translation. Instead, I got: Many other unrelated fields of the page suddenly reverting to the default English. Those fields were previously 100% translated into the correct languages. No changes to the English were made. |

Hello There, I understand the issue you're having and will try my best to assist you in this matter. Please be informed that we have traced a similar issue in the WPML 4.6.5 and we have already been able to solve it. Could you please update the WPML plugin to 4.6.6 and check if that issue still happens? If you don't see any update of WPML in your "Plugins" section, please download the latest version from your WPML.ORG account(https://wpml.org/account/downloads/) and install it on your site. I hope it will help. After installing the latest version of WPML, You still may need to update several translations from the Translation editor. In that case, you can copy them from the frontend, and add them inside the Translation editor. I hope you'll not encounter the issue again once you update the plugin and translation. But, feel free to let me know if you need any further assistance. I will be happy to help. Best regards, |

Hello There, It should be available for download in the Download section of your WPML Account(https://wpml.org/account/downloads/). Can you please check there? If you found that, simply download and install that version of WPML on your site. I hope it will solve the issue. Let me know if that helps or if you need further assistance. I will be happy to help. Best Regards, |

OK - that did improve the situation. the translated languages are not lost now. but you still have to go back and reapprove sections that you didn't even change! tested with several different portfolio items. |

Hello There, Glad to hear that the update helps. You may now need to reapprove certain translations in the Translation editor, but this is a one-time action. It's to ensure the cache is propagated correctly, and taking this step should address the problem. Please make the translation as completed, ensure that the translation is 100% completed, and save the translation. Please let me know if that helps or if you need any further assistance. I will be happy to help. Best Regards, |
