Tell us what you are trying to do. update the color attributes in my newly added language and my website is taking more time to load; is your plugin causing this issue?

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site? hidden link

Hello There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support. I will try my best to assist you in this matter.

Since the terms of the color attribute aren't displaying correctly in the Variations of translated products, it is possible that the terms aren't properly synchronized across languages. Please follow the steps mentioned below and check if that helps to solve the issue.

- Make sure that the Attribute, terms are translated to the newly added language.
- Please go to the "WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual > Status" section.
- Scroll down and you'll see a link named "troubleshooting". Click on that.
- Select the options mark in this screenshot(hidden link) and click on the "Start" button.

Prior to that, make sure to take a backup.

Please wait until the process is finished. It will adjust the relationship between the variation across languages and hopefully, will fix the issue.

Regarding the loading issue: We have made some improvements in the latest version of the WPML plugin. Kindly update the WPML and their addons to the latest version and check if that helps to reduce the load time. If you're not seeing any updates noticed in the Plugin section, please download the latest version from your WPML.ORG account(https://wpml.org/account/downloads/) and install it on your site. I hope it will help.

To maintain clarity and organization in each ticket, we are allowed to discuss one issue per thread. If you need further assistance with the loading issue, please feel free to create a new ticket. Our team will be happy to assist you with that.

Best regards,
Prosenjit

Hello There,
Thanks for trying out the suggestion.

Would you please also try the following steps and check if that solves the issue?

- Please go to "WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual > Attributes" tab
- Select the "Color" attribute
- Make sure that all the terms are translated correctly into the German language.
- Now, scroll down a bit and you'll see a button to synchronize attributes. Click on that button and wait till the process is finished.

Once it is completed, clear the caches from the site and check the German Product.

I hope it will help. But, if the issue persists even after that, a closer inspection will be required to understand the root cause of the issue.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated.

You will find the needed fields below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.

IMPORTANT
-Please backup site files and database before providing us access.
-If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this:

Looking forward to your response.
