Hi - We're having problems with purchased credits not showing up on our staging site. This staging site (hidden link) is listed on our account, but when we try to use the credits on the site, it says this: Automatic translation is paused — not enough credits
I don't see a way to show purchased and used credits, but we just recently purchased more credits, went directly to the dev site to try to use and received the error above. What do you recommend to fix this and how can we see a credit history/usage report?

In this case, it's best to re-register the website. Please follow these steps:
1. Go to wpml.org/account/sites and remove the website from the list;
2. Add it again and copy the newly generated key;
3. In your website's admin panel, go to Plugins > Add New > Commercial Tab and click on "Unregister WPML from this site";
4. Register the website again, with the key you copied in step #2;
That should do the trick - after unregistering the website, the credits should be back to the account and can be reassigned. Let me know how it goes.
