Background of the issue:
I am trying to resolve an issue where a custom image size doesn't seem to be translated using generate thumbnails. Additionally, when I click support under WPML in the admin area, it says media translation is not installed, although it is.

Symptoms:
1. It just renders my standard big sized image in that language. 2. It says Media translation is not installed on the support page.

Questions:
Why does the support page state that WPML Media translation is not installed when it is?
How can I ensure that the correct image size is translated?

Thank you for contacting WPML support.

Please try the following steps to check for updates:

1. Go to Plugins→ Add New, then click on the Commercial tab and select "Check for Updates". This action should refresh the page and display the installed plugins on your site.

If this does not work, please follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Plugins → Add New and click on the Commercial tab.
2. Select Unregister WPML from this site.
3. Once the page loads, click on Register WPML. A prompt will appear requesting the site key. Click on Get a key for this site.
4. In your WPML account, complete the site key wizard and designate it as a Production site.
5. Copy your new key and paste it in the Commercial tab.
6. Once completed, you can delete your old site key from your WPML account.

Regenerate images doesn't seem to be compatible anymore. I regenerated all images but in other languages than the default image I will have to regenerate the images seperately, one by one. Is there an alternative for this?
