I tried to look into this—I wanted to check the details of the problem product, and the values stored for its custom fields in particular—but the access credentials you provided in your last reply do not work.
Thank you. I can see the issue, and that it only appears to occur with this one product.
I can also see how it could go wrong in the code, but to know exactly what produces the error I would need to do some testing on a local copy of your site.
I have manage to locate the source of the problem (which relates to different values stored for rank match seo custom fields for the product variations of the product in question).
There is a particular combination that causes an error in our code.
I was able to make a simple change to our plugin code to fix the problem on my local copy of your site, and I have shared all of the details with the developers for them to evaluate.
If the matter is urgent I could make the same change on your site, but it hasn't gone through the developers, and so I can't be sure there would not be any unintended consequences.
If you are happy to wait then I will let you know when the developers have some feedback (bearing in mind it is Christmas next week).
I don't know when a fix will be published, but I got the okay for the workaround I identified previously, so if you are happy for me to make the change I can edit the plugin file on your site, which should fix the problem until a plugin update includes the change.
I suggest taking a backup first, then let me know when you have done that and if you are happy for me to proceed.
