[Waiting for user confirmation] WPML Tab vanished from Wp All Import

Background of the issue:
I am trying to import products in multiple languages using WPML with the WP All Import plugin. On my site animeimport.it, the WPML tab has vanished from the WP All Import plugin. I noticed that the method to import products in multiple languages has changed with the new updates. Interestingly, on another site, newmlwine.com, with the same configuration, the WPML tab is still present.
Symptoms:
The WPML tab in the WP All Import plugin has vanished on animeimport.it, preventing me from importing products in multiple languages.
Questions:
Why has the WPML tab vanished from the WP All Import plugin on animeimport.it?
How can I import products in multiple languages without the WPML tab?
Why does the WPML tab appear on newmlwine.com but not on animeimport.it with the same configuration?
Is there a way to import new products in multiple languages without having their IDs?
I suspect that there could be a conflict with a third-party functionality. To check if this is happening I kindly ask you to follow these steps:
- Create a full backup of the site or create a staging site with a copy of the live site
- Update any outdated plugins or themes
- Flush any cache memory that might exist
- Deactivate all plugins, including the WPML ones
- Activate a default WordPress theme, like Twenty Twenty
- Activate the WPML plugins, WP All Import and WPML All Import
- If the issue disappeared, start by activating the theme and then the rest of the plugins, one by one, until the issue reappears and you find the culprit.
Could you tell me the results of the steps described above?
Before to do that may you please tell me if the right state is with or without the WPML tab inside the import process of WP All Import?
And if the right state is wihout of it how can be possible to import products in multiple languages if the identifier must be the ID and I can not define IDs for new products in multiple languages to be imported inside of an already existing catalouge with thousands of products
I perfectly knows how to import products in multiple languages, but this post is from your website and it explains that with the new WPML Import & Export Plugins products has to be imported using only one spreadsheet
And I wonder why you talk about a "new method" if the method can not be used. I have WP All Import Pro and then if the WPML tab must be visible even if you "changed the method", there is no way yo use your documentation because if the WPML Tab is visible, I must choose a language and the multilanguages spreadsheet does not work.
And despite of this:
I have deactivated everything and activated back only Woocommerce, WP All Import and WPML plugins.
There is not the WPML tab inside WP All Import page.
Just to let you to know. I already tried a default theme, I already deleted and reinstalled WP All Import and I reinstalled the core WPML plugin.
I found something here around about the wrong WP All Import folder name and it is correct. And I saw that the pmxi_extend_options_featured has no action. A collegue of you here around was talking about that.
The cause of the issue was that you installed the incorrect WPML Add-on. I installed the correct one and now you can see the WPML tab when importing the products.

May you please tell me if this is the only correct way to load multilingual products and the other plugin WPML Export & Import is only to migrate products from one web site to another?
