This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client wants to mirror all the content from Spanish to English on their website, ensuring both languages display the same content.
Solution:
We recommend creating a full backup of your website first to ensure you have a safety net in case anything goes wrong. After backing up, navigate to WPML > Translation Management. Select the page you wish to duplicate into English, then choose "Duplicate" at the bottom and click the "Duplicate" button. Ensure you select the correct language from the top black bar in the backend to duplicate the correct content into the other language. Note that this duplication process will overwrite any existing translation in English.

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, please check the related known issues and confirm that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the issue persists, we highly recommend opening a new support ticket here.

Symptoms:
The English content on my website is outdated and incorrect.

Hi there.

From my understanding, you want to update the English language content to match the updated Spanish content. Do I understand that right?

If that's correct, I'd like to know how the current translated content has been added: did you translate manually, or did you use automatic translation?

Or do you want to have Spanish in both languages, and you practically want to duplicate Spanish in English?

Please let me know.

Also, please create a full website backup and then share the site's credentials with me in the private fields I am enabling below so that I can take a closer look.

Hi there.

Thank you for the credentials.

If you would like to duplicate the content from one language to another, please first create a full website backup (just so that you can have a safety net in case anything goes wrong) and then go to WPML > Translation Management > select the page that you want to duplicate into the other language > then select "Duplicate" at the bottom > then click the "Duplicate" button.

Also, when running this process, make sure that you select the correct language from the top black bar (in the backend) so that you duplicate the correct language into the other language. For example, this should be the correct translation management area for the Spanish language:
hidden link

Practically, that link will filter only the content that exists in Spanish.

Also, please notice that the duplication process will overwrite any existing translation.

Please let me know how things go and if it resolves your issue.
