Background of the issue:
I am trying to resolve an issue with WPML's automatic translation on my site hidden link. We have 1,388 translations pending.

Symptoms:
Automatic translation has stopped for 8 days, and no translations have been processed.

Questions:
Do you have a solution for the automatic translation issue?

Hi there,

Please go to WPML->Support->ATE Error logs and share the top 5 errors with me.

From our side when I review your account everything looks in order, you are not near your account max credit usage for the month therefore this is not what is causing this behavior.

Thank you for sharing the screenshot!

Based on the errors logged, it looks like there is a communication issue between your site and our ATE servers which is causing this behavior you are experiencing.

Please contact your hosting provider and ensure that there is no firewall or issues when our servers are attempting to reach your website.

Go back to WPML->Support->Installer Support and run "check now" , share with me your results.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to test the issue.
(preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible)

**Before we proceed It is necessary to take FULL BACKUP of your database and your website. Providing us with access, you agree that a backup has been taken **

I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply.
The information you enter is private which means only you and I have access to it.

NOTE: If access to the live site is not possible and the staging site does not exist please provide me with a duplicator package created with the duplicator plugin.

Thank you for the access details!

From our side everything looks OK.

I was also able to go to WPML->translation management-> select a page/post and send for automatic translation successfully.

To resolve this, I went to WPML->Support->Troubleshooting and cleared the pending job queue to make sure that it's not "stuck".

Please check again and see if the translations are working OK now.

Thanks for you help.
I just connected to WPML->translation management and I still see your 7 translations added pending to translate.
There also is no pending job queued.
Do you have another solution for me ?

Yes, it looks like 7 jobs are stuck.

However, all other content should translated as expected.

-- Sending a job to automatic translation is working Good.

While I am hunting down those 7 jobs.

One thing I would like to confirm before moving forward:

You are using the mode "Translate Everything", this means that WPML should translate all your content.

There are around 140 posts, 36 pages, 2 patterns, 9 popups and 1 Mailchimp form still pending.

Do you want these translated or do you want WPML to only translate automatically the new content you create?

Hi Bobby,
Thanks for your help and response.

We’d like to translate the current content on the website as well as any new content that gets added.

There are still 220 documents left to translate when I filter for content that hasn’t been translated yet.

When I try to submit some of these documents for translation, it doesn’t work—even if I attempt to submit them for just one language.

Can you put all the documents left in to translate ?

The jobs are being added and I am monitoring them to see if they finish.

I have also located the "stuck" jobs and will manually push them if needed.

I will be updating you in the next few hours based on the results of the automatic translation.

It looks like the site is being translated on the translate everything mode and the page count is being worked through.

Please review and let me know if it's working as expected.
