Background of the issue:
I have completed the translation of my website using WPML. Lumise is a platform for customers to customize products with photos, logos, and texts. In the Greek version of my website, the 'Add to cart' button changes to 'Edit' to enter the Lumise platform. I want the same functionality in the English version.

Symptoms:
In the English version, the 'Add to cart' button does not change to 'Edit'.

Questions:
How can I resolve the conflict between WPML and Lumise to ensure the button changes in the English version?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting the support. Meanwhile this ticket is attended by one of my colleagues, please note that the Lumise isn't on our compatibility list and we don't have much reports about it too. So apparently we're not sure how this exactly works.

First hand, I'll recommend checking with the plugin author for any compatibility and/or more technical information.

Secondly, please check with only WPML plugins, WooCommerce, the said "Lumise" plugin and a default WordPress theme like 2021 or 2024, to see if it works out of the box with standard and minimal setup? So we can rule out possibility of any other conflict too.

Please feel free to share your findings and we'll try our best to help you further on the matter.

Regards.

Hi,
Thanks for your answer.

The problem is given that there is a conflict between lumise and wpml. That is for sure.

I have already informed the creators of the plugin about the problem but they have not answered me. I am waiting for it to be solved.
Best regards
George

Please log in to this hidden link">sandbox site and install the Lumise plugin. After that, please create a test product to replicate the issue.

If the issue is replicable, please let me know how to reproduce it so I can check it and consult our compatibility team if needed.
