Hello There, I understood that you're having some issues translating the Meta box data. By default, the translation preference for the Meta fields is set as "Not Translatable", which is why the data can't be translated into other languages. In order to translate the Meta field data, Kindly follow the instructions mentioned in the documentation below. I hope it will help. - hidden link Please let me know the update. I will be happy to assist you if you need further assistance in this matter. Best Regards, |

Hello There, If you're having issues even after following the documentation, then a closer inspection will require to understand the root cause. I kindly request you to share access to your site so that I can investigate the issue further along with a video or screenshot of where you're having the issue. It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it. Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you. IMPORTANT Looking forward to your response. Best Regards, |

Hello There, To investigate the issue further, I selected the "Related Products" meta box and created a post by including the Metadata within the "Article" Post type. During the translation process, I indeed noticed that the Meta field information was not visible in the Translation editor. However, while checking the translation preference for that specific meta field from "WPML > Settings", I found that it is set to "Not Translatable". This is why, the field data wasn't appearing in the Translation editor. I changed the Preference to "Translatable" and then I'm able to add the translation. Kindly check this video(hidden link) to understand the process. If you're having an issue with any other Meta box, please adjust the preference according to the video and update the translation. I hope it will help. But, if you need further assistance in this matter, kindly let me know with which meta box you're having the issue. If you can capture a video and share that with us, that will be really helpful. I will check and be happy to help you further in finding a solution. Best Regards, |

Hello There, Thanks for sharing more information. I have checked and found that the "Saveur" meta box contains 3 select fields and 1 checkbox and that meta box is enabled for the "Produits" post type. I created a dummy post inside that post type and selected data from those meta fields. While translating the dummy post, I noticed that the meta field data was accurately displayed in the Translation Editor. No issues were detected there. To get a clearer understanding, please refer to this screenshot: hidden link If you do not see the same for the existing products, please open any product in the default editor, make a small change, and save the changes. After that, try to update the translation by clicking on the Translation update icon. I hope the custom fields will appear correctly in the Translation Editor. Let me know if that helps or if you need further assistance in this matter. I will be happy to help you. Best Regards, |
