Please update the Dokan plugin and then run those clean up steps and after that, if the issue is still happening, let me know and we can look further into this for you.
The update did not resolve the issue so I am setting up a fresh install to see if I am able to recreate the issue there. I will update here when I have more information.
I have added the plugin WooCommerce Bookings to the test site. Can you please try and recreate the issue there? Once we can recreate it, I can esacalate this to our compatibililty team.
