Background of the issue:
I am trying to install a plugin on my site hidden link, but I encounter an error during the installation process.

Symptoms:
Failed to load resource - ams.wpml.org/mini_ap…on?version=3.29.9:1. Installation failed: Download failed. Unauthorized.

Questions:
Why am I getting an 'Unauthorized' error when trying to install a plugin?
How can I resolve the 'Failed to load resource' error from ams.wpml.org?

Hi,

From our side, your site is not being blocked.
I can also see you are using the correct site key.
And the REST API is enabled on your site.
Do you still get this problem?
If so, can you please go to WPML -> Support -> Installer Support, it should be here on your site hidden link.
Do you see any errors there?
If so, please share them with me.

I can also see that it is not possible to map the site's languages. Please see the attached screenshot, cant-map-lang.jpg. However, here hidden link I can see that after clicking the Check for updates button, your site gets the option to update to our latest versions. Please see the attached screenshot update-tolatest.jpg.

Can you please update WPML and its add-ons to their latest version and see if the problem persists?

If it doesn't help, try re-registering WPMu on your site.

1. Go to your account here https://wpml.org/account/sites/

2. Delete any other instance of this site's registration.

3. On your site, unregister the site. You can do it here: hidden link

4. Press the 'Register this site' option.

5. This will open in a new tab, https://wpml.org/account/sites/, and enable you to register the hidden link.

6. Copy the new site key and add it to the field on your site here: hidden link

Thanks Itamar,

I've removed all Skanstehof keys from account and registered a new one. After that I updated WPML and as we use Rank Math - I added WPML SEO

I'm checking console and I see another WPML error

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()

Hi, and thanks for the access details.

Our second-tier supporter said that you should give all privileges to the dB installation and then try again.

Can you please try that and see if it helps?
