This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client purchased a WPML account with translation credits for a development site and later moved the site to a production domain. The translation credits remained tied to the development site, and the client was unable to transfer them to the production site.
Solution:
1. Visit your account at https://wpml.org/account/sites/
2. Delete any existing registrations of the site.
3. Unregister the site at https://www.corob.com/wp-admin/plugin-install.php?tab=commercial
4. Click 'Register this site' to open a new tab for site registration.
5. Register the production site and copy the new site key into the field on your site.
Additionally, the WPML support team has moved the 92,000 credits from the development site to the client's WPML.org account, where they now have a total of 113,000 credits. These credits can now be assigned to any registered site.
If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems outdated, we recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If further assistance is needed, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.
