This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to find the string for a shipping method in WPML's String Translation.

Solution:
If you're experiencing an issue where a shipping method string is not appearing in WPML's String Translation, it's possible that the shipping method was added before WPML was installed. We recommend making a small change to the name of the shipping method and saving the changes. This should prompt the string to appear under WPML > String Translation.

If this does not resolve the issue, we suggest trying the methods outlined in our documentation on Finding strings that don’t appear on the String Translation page.

If this solution doesn't look relevant, please open a new support ticket in our support forum.

-Thank you for the help, I had to go over the setup for woocommerce multilingual in order for the window to show - the box where you can make a duplicate of a product for english language.

I saw that you mentioned that I should open new ticket for new question, but there is a warning that opening multiple tickets will increase wait time so I hope it's not wrong to ask another question here.

I try to translate "Osnovna stopnja" bu I cant find it under string translations or anywhere else. This is a shipping method - fixed rate.

Hi there! if you had added this shipping method before WPML was installed, it's very likely you won't find it in String Translation Yet.

Try making a small change to the name of the shipping method and save the changes, and then you should see the string appear under WPML > String Translation.

If that doesn't work, then you can try any of the methods seen here: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/

One of them will likely make it appear.

Try it out and let me know what worked for you.

Regards.
