Background of the issue:
I am working on a site under development and trying to translate the BuddyBoss password reset email using WPML. I have been following the documentation provided at https://wpml.org/forums/topic/translate-buddyboss-password-reset-email.

Symptoms:
I need assistance with translating the BuddyBoss password reset email.

I tried the last step to delete the string, scan again, translate again. And still the email goes out in English.

1) Please log in to this hidden link">sandbox site and install Buddyboss. After that, please try to replicate the issue. If the issue is replicable, please let me know how to reproduce it so I can check it and consult our compatibility team.

Note: You can check the emails using the hidden link">Mail Log plugin.

2) Could you please share your Debug information with me?
You can read a detailed explanation about it here. (http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support)
The debug info will give me much information about how your site is configured.

Hi, this is a bit of an overkill... First I don't really know how to set up an environment for you, I'm not a programmer or an engineer who knows these things. Second, I don't have a license to activate everything for you. But I can give you access to our site and make a dummy user for you so you can test the email reset.

Thanks for your reply. I installed the latest BuddyBoss theme and Platform Pro versions on the sandbox and activated their license.

Please check if you can replicate the email issue.

If you couldn't, please share a screen-recorded video while reproducing the issue.

Also, I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP)
Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.

Your answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.

❌ Please backup your database and website ❌

✙ I need your permission to deactivate and reactivate the plugins and themes and change site configurations. This is also why the backup is critical.

✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.

Hi Osama,

Your colleague Andrey that is assigned to another ticket (https://wpml.org/forums/topic/buddypress-profile-fields-are-not-translated-on-the-frontend) is asking if he can create a local copy of our site to conduct testing. That seams easier than what you are asking me to do. And also, you want to create a 3rd ticket that will probably be assigned to a 3rd support technician... who will ask me yet another way to create a copy of the site. Can't you guys group those and work on ONE test environment?

This is Andrey. I've noticed that you're reporting more issues with BuddyBoss. To effectively troubleshoot the problems, it's important that you update all relevant plugins to their latest versions. This includes BuddyBoss as well as any related plugins that may be contributing to the issues.

I see that both WooCommerce and Elementor plugins are also outdated, along with LearnDash LMS.

Please remember to back up your database before proceeding with these updates.
