Hi, this is a bit of an overkill... First I don't really know how to set up an environment for you, I'm not a programmer or an engineer who knows these things. Second, I don't have a license to activate everything for you. But I can give you access to our site and make a dummy user for you so you can test the email reset.

Your colleague Andrey that is assigned to another ticket (https://wpml.org/forums/topic/buddypress-profile-fields-are-not-translated-on-the-frontend) is asking if he can create a local copy of our site to conduct testing. That seams easier than what you are asking me to do. And also, you want to create a 3rd ticket that will probably be assigned to a 3rd support technician... who will ask me yet another way to create a copy of the site. Can't you guys group those and work on ONE test environment?
This is Andrey. I've noticed that you're reporting more issues with BuddyBoss. To effectively troubleshoot the problems, it's important that you update all relevant plugins to their latest versions. This includes BuddyBoss as well as any related plugins that may be contributing to the issues.
I see that both WooCommerce and Elementor plugins are also outdated, along with LearnDash LMS.
Please remember to back up your database before proceeding with these updates.
