I cannot use/add credits to this website. Big problem.

This is the technical support forum for WPML - the multilingual WordPress plugin.

Everyone can read, but only WPML clients can post here. WPML team is replying on the forum 6 days per week, 22 hours per day.

c.m.j.D	Tell us what you are trying to do? I try to add credits - not possible Is there any documentation that you are following? Your site tells me it is possible - it is not! Is there a similar example that we can see? Look at my credits section - skinforskin.nl is missing - not possible to add credits What is the link to your site? hidden link (PS NOT the DEV.SKINFORSKIN.NL !!! this subdomain has to be REMOVED - also NOT POSSIBLE in your portal.....) ALL credits from DEV.skinforskin.nl must go to skinforskin.nl

Christopher Amirian WPML Supporter since 07/2020 Languages: English (English ) Timezone: Asia/Yerevan (GMT+04:00)	Hi there, It might be an issue with the registration key on the website, as you want to remove the credits from the DEV website please do that using the method below: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-assign-automatic-translation-credits-to-your-sites/#how-to-remove-credits-from-a-site After that, you should see those credits added to wpml.org. Then please re-register the live website using the method below: (translations will be there) - Make sure that you are logged in wpml.org. - Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins > Add New > Commercial (Tab)". - Click the "Unregister" link to unregister - Click the "Register WPML" at the right section of the screen. - Click the "Get a key for this site" link annotated in the screenshot below. - A new page will open up and the auto-generated key will show in pop-up. - Copy the key and paste it into the "Site Key" input box annotated in the screenshot below. - Click the "OK" button.
