And when I click it nothing happens.

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching us. Please backup and navigate to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting link > Click on the Cancel in-progress automatic jobs button at the bottom.

Then, try to resend the page/post for translation again and see if it works. Let me know how it goes.
