Hi,

Screen recording for another important issue, not sure if related but still need fixing - the url format setting:

Please help me quickly to fix this, since my customer starts a big campaign in the next couple of days and it will be a disaster if translations do not work. Thank you!

Hi,

Could you please check if the issue persists in a minimal environment by following these steps?

1- Deactivate all the plugins except WPML CMS.
2- Switch to a WordPress default theme like Twenty Twenty-one.
3- Go to WPML-> Languages-> Language URL format section.
4- Select directories, and save.
5- Resave the permalinks.

If the issue is gone, activate them one by one to see which one is causing an interaction issue.
