I created a minimal installation of WordPress, WPML, and all necessary WPML add-ons.

Kindly follow the steps below:
- Install Avada and only necessary plugins.
- Try to replicate the issue on a simple dummy page. No need to recreate everything. Only add a code block
- Share with me when reproduced and I will take a look.

thanks, I have checked and it seems Avada saves this code encoded.

You will probably have to use some base 64 encoder/decoder for this. You can add the next code to WPML > Settings > XML configuration:

  <shortcodes>
    <shortcode>
      <tag encoding="base64" encoding-condition="option:avada_disable_encoding=1">fusion_code</tag>
    </shortcode>
  </shortcodes>
</wpml-config>

Make a small change to the default language page and save, then click to translate. Image attached.

Or, another way would disable the WPML editor for this page and manually edit the 2nd language page and add code.
