Background of the issue:
I have translated my header and footer to other languages using WPML. I am trying to ensure that my footer displays correctly in all languages on my website hidden link.

Symptoms:
My footer is only showing in English, even though everything else on my website is correctly changing to other languages.

Questions:
Why is my footer not changing to other languages?
How can I ensure my footer displays correctly in all languages?

Before this ticket gets assigned to one of my colleagues, I will try to help.

Can you please check and ensure all the server/local/CDN caching is cleared?

Maybe you are seeing the cached result instead of the correct translation result.

Please let us know how that goes.

I cleared all caches, but still same problem, I am using licensed cache purge

I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP)
Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.

Your answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.

❌ Please backup your database and website ❌

✙ I need your permission to deactivate and reactivate the plugins and themes and change site configurations. This is also why the backup is critical.

✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.
