I installed the WPML plugins and I couldn't replicate the issue, you can see the debug log using the file manager plugin, can you check the site for settings and see if both are similar?

Can you try to use the similar settings on the staging site, if possible, else, to further debug this issue we would need a duplicator package of your site, can you use any backup plugin and provide us the package further, you can use google drive and share the links with me.

Also, it looks like the login details is changed, can you recheck and update the correct details.
