if you go to homepage it shows 13.90$ (13.90 is the correct)

if i go to

i see price 12.90 euro - which is the accurate price

so i am guessing something is caching this wrong price

what do i need to clear in wpml in order for this price to become well in the product page?

Hello,

In the backend when you edit the product does the price show correctly?

What are your results when WPML is temporarily deactivated and have you been able to flush your cache?

Also, does this happen with other products or just this product at the moment?

Hi there,

I was referring to the overall site and server cache but you can also do WPML as well.

I do recommend doing the site and server first but to do this for WPML go to
WPML->Support->Troubleshooting->Clear WPML Cache

Let me know your results, please.

by the time you answered, we already edited the product and updated, and then prices started to show well on english version as well

so you say in the future we can try to flush wpml cache and see maybe the price was saved there?

in addition, how long does the wpml cache lasts before it clears records in it?

Hello,

Glad to hear it's resolved now!

It would not be typical for WPML to need to clear its cache for the price changes to show, this is usually caused by the server or cache plugin level cache.

What you did is also a valid troubleshooting solution as what the update of the product does is that it updates the records in the database and forces it to display the latest results.
