Hello, on 1 of my 6 translated products, I noticed that on the translated product page, variants were missing. It is the product below (secondary languages French and English are hidden to visitors): The product has a total of 120 variants. When I went to the English or French product>edit product, it did say there were 120 variants. However, under product data>product variants, the last 3 pages (page 6, 7, and 8) were completely empty. One page contains 15 variants, so if page 6, 7 and 8 were also completely filled, it would have been correct. The fact that there are 3 empty pages here is not normal at all. If there were for example only 75 variants, there would have only been 5 pages. It wouldn't have shown 3 empty pages of variants after that. I went to Woocommerce multilingual>troubleshooting and synchronised everything. Now both on the English and the French page some variants restored but not all. It shows only 1 variant on the eighth page, which would mean 14 variants are still missing. |

Also, after doing the troubleshooting, after refreshing the page, the "Restore translated variant relationships" went from 480 to 479 which I find strange also. (I did include it in the troubleshooting) |

Hence the translated products are hidden, I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) Your next answer will be private, which means only you and I can access it. ❌ Please backup your database and website ❌ ✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate the Plugins and the Theme and change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is critical. ✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site. 2) It's not related to the issue, but according to your Debug.info, the WP memory limit needs to be increased. PHP memory is fine, but WordPress uses 40Mb as default. The minimum requirements for WPML are 128 MB. (Kindly check this page https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/) You can increase it by adding the following code in your wp-config.php file right before the /* That's all, stop editing! Dear Osama, When I first installed WPML, I asked my webhost about wheter or not I had the minimum requirements. He told me I did. Now that you told me, I found out that unfortunately indeed I did not have enough WP memory limit enabled. With the instructions, I was able to increase the WPM memory limit. However, on that page are also the following requirements: -Multibyte String extension for using WPML String Translation I have no idea how I should check those things. Can you please help me out? I think it's the best idea to make sure that all factors above are on point first before I make a staging site so that you can check the issue. (or maybe you can make a copy of my site to debug the issue) |

The modules you mentioned are PHP modules, so you can check with your host support if they are installed on your server. 2) For the issue of the variations, it would be better to check it on a staging site on your server, but before creating one, please try the following steps: ❌ Please backup your database before performing the above steps❌ Best regards, |

I checked the issue and wanted to run some tests, so I installed the Duplicator Pro plugin on your site to take a local copy to debug the issue further, but it didn't work because of server errors. (hidden link) 1- Edit the product in the default language After that, the variation number is the same in both languages.
