This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
Ocean Product Sharing plugin's Share buttons for Facebook, twitter, others, in Arabic Languages not translated

Solution:
Simply need to scan the plugin in WPML -> Theme and plugins localization -> Strings in the plugins. Then these can be found in String Translation and can be translated.

Hello Sajed,

Thank you for contacting the support. I can see the problem on Arabic version of the product.

May I ask you to check the following guides and see any possibility around it? Like if it is a widget or a template which may need to be translated. As well as, try finding in String Translation and/or scanning the theme:

- https://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility/build-multilingual-wordpress-sites-using-oceanwp-theme-and-wpml/oceanwp-extensions-compatibility-wpml/
- https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/
- https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/

Please let me know and I'll try my best to help you further on the matter.

Regards.

Thank you for these important articles. I searched by string and did not find what was required. I also searched in the widget strings and did not find it either. Also in pop-ups I did not find the fields required to translate them. The rest of the methods did not see that they had a direct relationship such as translating templates, so I did not try them. I hope More help and i prefer if i can give you my website username and password so you can check that from you end.
Thank you.

Thank you for the updates.

Sure, please provide admin access to your website to check the issue in detail. You can create a separate admin user for this purpose, which can be deleted afterwards.

Also provide detailed steps to reproduce the issue and links to pages in admin and on frontend.

Remember to take full backup of your website and database before proceeding. However, a staging/test site is highly recommended, because I may need to try some changes/fixes on the site (including plugins & themes deactivation), which may cause conflicts with the live site otherwise.

Please confirm it in your next reply or let me know if you do not agree with the mentioned.

I've set your next reply as private to share this information safely.

IMPORTANT: If you don't see the section for providing access information, do not write in the message box or the information may appear as public.

See https://wpml.org/purchase/support-policy/privacy-and-security-when-providing-debug-information-for-support/ for details on privacy and security.

Thank you for providing the access. I was able to fixed the strings by following this guide https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/.

These social icons and strings are coming from Ocean Product Sharing plugin and the plugin was needed to be scanned for changes in WPML -> Theme and plugins localization -> Strings in the plugins.

After that these can be found in String Translation (see attached).

I used Google Translate, please remember to fix the translations if needed.

I hope the issue is resolved now, please check and confirm.
