please do not post not related replies to other tickets, it can cause confusion to the user that started the ticket and makes it difficult to follow.

Your tickets are in the support queue and they will be handled, but it is kind of expected you need to wait 1-2 days before someone takes it over., especially this time of end of year when there are a bit more cases to handle.

You can always open chat support when available, and we will try to help you there if possible and then convert it to a ticket for further debugging.
