I am trying to:

Hi there,

I have two main issues that I cannot resolve alone. The first one seems to be persistent, and it has been really frustrating during my WP website translation from Hebrew to English.

First issue:
I am trying to translate an Elementor footer template from Hebrew to English, but I cannot see the duplicated English version. It seems that something is wrong when trying to edit the English page, just like I did with the other pages. This issue keeps happening again and again.

I cannot enable the "OTGS Installer" plugin from here: hidden link

Appreciate if you could assist me resolving these issues once and for all.

Sorry for the delayed response here due to the weekends.

First of all, to ensure the quickest and most accurate support, please provide your debug information so that I can get a look at some of your configurations. You can find it in WPML > Support > click on “Debug information” link. Please check this link for more info: http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

Now, regarding the Footer issue can you please check the following document if you haven't already and see if it helps:

If it does not helps, can you please let me know what exactly do you mean to say when you said "cannot see the duplicated English version" ? If you can share screenshots or more insight into the issue it will help me better understand the issue.

Regarding the OTGS Installer plugins, are you getting some error, warning when you activate the plugin? If now what exactly is the issue that you are getting here? Screenshots again if possible to share will help me understand it better.
