I am trying to:translate my English store into a French. The English version has the product attribute " size" that is translated in the Advanced Translation editor (see screenshot) but it remains in English when viewing the product in the store. This is not a cache issue as I have both clear WPML cache and my browser. Link to a page where the issue can be seen:hidden link I expected to see: the same as with product: hidden link I can provide you with admin access to the site as I have already created a user for WPML. |

Hello Thanks for the example and clear explanation. I am opening the private area for you to communicate the credentials to connect to your site. Could you also indicate if you are using custom or global attributes for your variable products? |

Hello For custom attributes you should use the WCML interface (see image) . I hope this answers your question. |

Hi, no it does not help. I showed you that when updating the product via the WPML Woocommerce multilingual tool you end up with the advanced translation editor and the attribute is correctly translated in it but on the product page it simply does not appear. Why don't you use the admin access I created and see for yourself. This I s urgent my site is about to go live in the coming days. |

You wrote: "..I showed you that when updating the product via the WPML Woocommerce multilingual tool you end up with the advanced translation editor and the attribute is correctly translated in it but on the product page it simply does not appear..." Yes - I know this. What I offered you back was more of a workaround to meet your objective. I have done some internal research and checked with our 2nd tier team to see if this is a possible bug or an expected behaviour. Needless to say, it looks more like a bug and I see that there is already something similar reported here: Our 2nd tier support has asked that for a copy of your site as per this article: However, to allow you to translate the labels as you need, you can still use the WCML product translation interface. Please note that the development team decides the order and priority of bug fixes. I will more-than-likely add your ticket as another instance of this known issue but I am not able to tell you when the bug will be fixed. I´m opening the private area for you to provide a copy of your site. |

Honestly the Advanced Translation editor is buggy as hell. Hot reassuring to see that the case you mentioned was reported in July last year and it is not yet resolved. |

I hear you. I have added your ticket to the list and now I am marking this as "escalated with no copy". I will also send along your feedback. |
