Problem:
If you're experiencing an issue where the WooCommerce lateral menu in the My Account section is not visible in the Spanish version of your site, this summary might help.
Solution:
We recommend following these steps to resolve the visibility issue:
1. Edit the English page using the UX Builder.
2. Access the post settings.
3. Change the template from 'Default Template' to 'WooCommerce - My Account' template.
4. Save the changes and exit the settings.
After these adjustments, refresh the Spanish My Account page to check if the sidebar is now visible.

While one of my teammates is handling your ticket, I’ll share some initial debugging steps you can try.

Have you tried removing the My Account page and translating it again?
1. Go to Pages → All Pages.
2. Switch to the Spanish version and delete the page.
3. Empty the trash to remove it completely.
4. Re-translate the page from the default language.

If the issue persists, please let us know if you have applied any specific settings to this page — for example, adjustments using your theme options or a plugin.

I've already run this test, and nothing changes. The menu still doesn't appear.

Hi,

I'll continue to help you with this issue.

Please note the following as it is essential for the sake of supporting you.
I can see your site hidden link, I get the ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH error with these details: Unsupported protocol
The client and server don't support a common SSL protocol version or cipher suite.
Please see the attached screenshot. I tried with another browser and the same happens.

Please proceed with the following.

We suspect a collision with the theme or another plugin might cause this problem. If possible, get your site into a minimum environment, switching to the default WooCommerce theme Storfront and having no plugins activated except WPML.

First, you must check if the problem persists when just the theme is switched to the https://wordpress.org/themes/storefront/ theme. If it persists, deactivate all plugins except WPML and its add-ons and WooCommerce without any extensions. Then, please check if the problem persists. If it does not continue, start by activating the plugins individually and checking when the issue comes back, then report to me which plugin was the culprit.


**** Important! Please make a full site backup (files and DB) before you proceed with those steps****


*** If your site is live, you might want to try those procedures in a staging environment or a snapshot of your site on your local server or another server. ***

If this does not help to lead to the problematic plugin, please correct the problem on your site (ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH) and give me access to it.

However, I'm interested to know if you have tried my suggestion to switch the theme and deactivate the third-party plugins?

If you have not tried it yet, can you please try it and tell me what the results were?

Hi, and thanks for trying my suggestions.

It seems like a problem with the Flatsome theme.
I further checked things on your test site, but the problem persists.
I switched to the parent Flatsome theme and updated it.
I deactivated all the third-party plugins.
I updated the My Account page.
I searched for theme settings that might be related, but found none.

I need to esclate this issue to our second-tier supporters. Please allow me to take a copy of your site. For this, I must install a plugin like Duplicator or All In One Migration. Please let me know if you agree.

I apologize for the delayed response.

I was able to fix this issue on your staging site. I proceeded according to a similar report, you can see here: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/woocommerce-dashboard-issue/.

1. Edit the English page with the UX Builder.
2. Edit the post settings.
3. Change the template from 'Default Template' to 'WooCommerce - My Account' template. Please see the attached screenshot.
4. Exit the settings and update the changes.

Refresh the Spanish My Account page and see that the sidebar is showing. hidden link. Please see the attached screenshot.

Please confirm that this issue is fixed now.

Please be aware that this issue is not because of WPML.
