This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You created a new page in English and manually translated it into Japanese using WPML. Although the translation editor shows that the translation is complete, the translated page does not appear in the secondary language page list.
Solution:
First, check the status of the translated page in the language sidebar when you edit the page in original language. If necessary, update the page translation by modifying the original page slightly, save it, and then navigate to the WPML translation editor to complete the translation.
If the issue persists, follow these steps:
1. Temporarily deactivate all plugins except WPML.
2. Back up your database.
3. Navigate to WPML under Support → Troubleshooting and perform the following actions:
- Set the language information
- Clear the cache in WPML
- Remove ghost entries from the translation tables
- Fix the post type assignment for translations

If these steps do not resolve the issue, it might be due to outdated methods or specific circumstances not covered here. We recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

Background of the issue:
I created a new SOLUTIONS page in English and manually translated the content into Japanese using WPML. The translation editor indicates that the translation is complete.

Symptoms:
The translated page does not appear in the Japanese page list, despite all WPML versions being up to date and the site meeting all minimum requirements.

Questions:
Why is the translated page not appearing in the Japanese page list?

Thank you for contacting WPML support.

When you edit the page in English, what is the status of the Japanese page translation in the language sidebar?

Please try to update the page translation. Modify the original English page slightly, save it, navigate to the WPML translation editor, and complete the translation.

If you are still experiencing the same issue, try the steps above again, but first, temporarily deactivate all the plugins except WPML.

Please remember to back up your database before you proceed.

Hey Andrey!

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, the issue persists.

I deactivated all plugins except WPML plugins.

In the language setting in the sidebar, the page shows as translated.

In the WPML editor, the page translation is 100% complete.

But in the English page list, the pencil icon keeps changing pack to either the + or gears icon, and on hover, it displays either "Add Japanese Translation" or "Edit Japanese Translation."

The page is not showing in the Japanese page list at all.

Once again, we have never experienced this problem before. All the other pages on this site were translated without any issues.

We need to find a solution and publish this page ASAP.

I created this admin access for you:

Thank you for your feedback.

I reviewed your website and clicked the plus icon to complete the page translation. Additionally, I performed several actions in WPML under Support → Troubleshooting, including:
- Setting the language information
- Clearing the cache in WPML
- Removing ghost entries from the translation tables
- Fixing the post type assignment for translations
