I'm referring to this ticket
https://wpml.org/forums/topic/wpml-chat-support-ticket-by-marzia-1704203770/
still get the error after hosting check. They say:

I've checked the situation and can't find anything that blocks requests for the following:
wpml.org
cdn.wpml.org
api.wpml.org
api.toolset.com

For the cloudfront.net domain which doesn't resolve anywhere even checking it from any source, the hostname doesn't resolve correctly:

With this in mind, there is no system that blocks the plugin from being activated and you will need to check back with WPML Support to investigate the issue further.

Hi there.

At this moment, what you are experiencing seems to be an isolated case as there are no other customers that opened support requests about this ticket.

1. Can you please let me know if you are still experiencing the issue if you try to register again now?

2. If you do, can you please confirm once again that the issue happens on this exact domain: hidden link

Please let me know so that I can escalate it further in case you are still experiencing this.

I will be waiting for your response.
