I am having a big issue: the domain name listed in my account is wrong. My main domain name is chimborazolodge.com … nothing else, but at this moment in my account it shows chimborazolodge.com/chimborazo-lodge, and each time I add a language or make changes, something happens that makes the website redirect to the chimborazolodge.com/chimborazo-lodge and it breaks the site. The only way to access the site when this happens is by clicking the links on the menu.
I really need help with this because the site is live and we do get traffic! Is this happening because of WPML or something else?

From what I can see in the debug information that you attached (and also on the front end of your site by visiting it), the URL is set up correctly and this should not happen because of WPML.
Also, I am curious to find out what is the domain name that you added here when you initially generated the WPML key: https://wpml.org/account/sites
I have a feeling that the correct URL was added there, too, so I don't think this issue is WPML related.
The URLs on your site also work correctly at the moment, I don't see anything not working correctly.
