why the products on my products page weren't showing in Italian and French Solution: products in second language did not have wholesale price. Adding the price resolved the issue. |

Hi there, Thank you for contacting WPML support, I'd be happy to help you with this issue. According to the log chat, please help us to replicate the issue in a clean WordPress install. With the link below, you can login to the sandbox site. Please configures WPML, WooCommerce, and addons as they are configured on your site (just the basic configurations needed to replicate the issue are enough). Please also make sure that you are installing the latest version of the plugin. When everything is finished, and you can replicate the problem, please let me know. Look forward to your reply. |

Hi Long, Thank you for the message. Do you mean you want me to install all the plugins and WPML just like on my website, do I understand that correctly? I was in contact with Lauren, did she fill you in on all the latest? I just want to be sure, we're on the same page. The problem is that I have to manually turn off WPML option after each translation so that I then can enter the price and consequently be able to see the product on the front end. Why is that the case? Its a very tedious manual process that doesn't help me. Thank you! Kind regards, Mahmoud |

I have configured WPML like on my live site, then activated WooCommerce and WooCommerce wholesale extension.
