Hi, i continue my previus ticket.

It stoped for 2 weeks, but today the Greek search was returned to german..

Should i give here the credancials?

I would need to take a closer look at your site. So I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed

IMPORTANT: Please, note, a backup is required for security reasons, and to avoid any data loss, you can use the https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/plugin for these backup needs.

Your following answer will be private, which means only you and I have access to it.

✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site if required. This is also a reason the backup is critical.

Sorry, the credentials you shared is invalid. I'm getting "Σφάλμα: Το συνθηματικό που δώσατε για το όνομα χρήστη WPML είναι λανθασμένο."

Could you double-check?

May I know how do I replicate the issue? Please list the steps to replicate it so that I could see the issue. Even better, record a short screen recording using this free tool hidden link

Hi Kor, i dont know how or when this is happening.
Every some days/ weeks the search change languange. I contact the theme first, and then your support.
Have in mind that the string id="kodikos-akinitou", placeholder="Κωδικός ακινήτου" does not change, its custom made.

I dont know how to replicate it
