rolandM-17	Background of the issue: I am trying to transfer translation credits to a WordPress website, but the website was registered with the WPML account of an employee who left the company. We have prepared temporary WPML and FTP access for further investigation. Symptoms: Unable to transfer translation credits due to the website being registered under a former employee's WPML account. Questions: How can I transfer translation credits to a website registered under a former employee's WPML account?
