When translating English to French in the Advanced Translation Editor we are suddenly seeing some French characters get replaced by strange characters.
For example, after completing a translation sometimes à is being replaced by the character à in the ATE. And a common apostrophe ’ is getting replaced by ’ in the ATE after saving. And it's random, it's not happening every time.

What's going on? We're seeing it happen on other websites too that we've created using WPML.
