Thank you for contacting WPML support, I'd be happy to help you with this issue.

Can you please recheck the translated content in the Global widget display in the Hebrew language on your site to see if it works?

What I've done:
- Edit the product in the English language with Elementor.
- Edit the global widget and make a small change to the content > Update the product.
- Go to admin area > Templates > Global Widgets > Update the translation of that widget (woman cover-up)
- Go to the frontend and refresh the page to see the translation.
