Background of the issue:
I'm trying to translate users display names for each language within the WPML plugin on my site hidden link. List of names in English can be found here hidden link where it should be in the same language. This pulls from the users display name
Symptoms:
The list of names is in English instead of the respective language.

How can I translate users display names for each language within WPML?
Another agent from your team assisted me but when I try its not working
the support team mentioned that its all excluded. I managed to translate most posts but there were a few that kept translating both English and hebrew as you can see here hidden link. Please may you take a look from your side
Thanks for your reply. I've checked and it looks like the translation works for an agent when it shows "not exist" here hidden link as shown in the attached screenshots. If it shows "active", the translated name will not show.
Do you know how to set it as "not exist"? Or maybe you can try to recreate the agent?
