This is a feature request, but it was not clear where to post this and you have a few 404s on your website that led me in circles, so I decided to publish it here.
can you integrate this functionality into the core plugin? everything is right there already thanks to that plugin developer. it is just not fully maintained.

Thank you for your request for the feature. I really appreciate it. However, I cannot guarantee whether or not it will be accepted by the product team since it does not align with the core purpose of WPML.
But, as you want to include the Language switcher inside Popup, I would like to inform you that WPML provides a Shortcode that allows you to place the Language switcher anywhere on your website. If you are using a Popup builder that enables you to insert shortcode as content, you can easily display the language switcher inside the Popup by adding the following shortcode: [wpml_language_selector_widget].
