Issue with translating an url page

Sibiline	Hello, I've made some buttons to come back to the previous page for some child pages which are relatives to parent pages. Everything works well in the French page with this "back" button ("retour") into the following page : hidden link, but in the English page, I can't come back to my parent page : the press page, as you can see here: hidden link It comes back the a page #2 which seems to be a duplication of the main page for tablet. I don't understand where these pages come from and how it had been generated. In my WPML translations, the url of the button is not displayed as you can see on the screen shot below. Could you please tell me how I can return to my press page on my English page with this back button and how could a remove these #pages ? Thanks in advance for your help.

Sibiline	Hi Kor, The issue appear again on this page : hidden link with the back button. I think there are some problems with this 2 #pages in WPML translations (attached). Could you please explain me where it comes from and what can I do to resolve my issue with it ? Thanks in advance.

Sibiline	Hi Kor, For you to know, I've checked on Google Chrome and the issue is not displayed whereas on Safari, it comes to a #2 press page. Thanks.

Sibiline	Hi Kor, Do you have access to my loom video that I made for you to see what I have after clicking on the back button : hidden link ? On my computer her (on Safari and Google chrome), I have a press page called #2 press. I attached a screen shot in addition to the video. In addition, I have 2 #pages in WPML translations that I don't need. I don't know how I can remove it. Thanks for your help.

So I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed IMPORTANT: Please, note, a backup is required for security reasons, and to avoid any data loss, you can use the https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/plugin for these backup needs. Your following answer will be private, which means only you and I have access to it. ✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site if required. This is also a reason the backup is critical. Thanks! Kor

Could we have the same as the French version when returning from the back button to the press page, in order to return exactly to the section "Recital at the Carnegie Hall" but not "Recital at the Closerie Theater"? I have made some anchor links to return back to the relative section into the press page. Thanks in advance.
