Background of the issue:
I am trying to add a new brand as a block on our homepage and then translate it to French. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link

Symptoms:
The new brand isn't visible in the Advanced Translation Editor, and all links on the page are reverting to Dutch.

Questions:
Why are the new texts and links not visible in the Advanced Translation Editor?
Why do the links revert to Dutch after adding a new brand?

If you are using guttenberg blocks those blocks needs to be made translatable, you can know more about it here: https://wpml.org/documentation/support/language-configuration-files/make-custom-gutenberg-blocks-translatable/

If you are unsure how to do this, I would need to check your site settings once, for this I would need temporary access (wp-admin and ftp) to your site.

So could you please provide me with those details, you will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply.
