Welcome to WPML support. If you used Divi layouts to create that page please make sure that the layout is also translated.
- Go to WPML > Translation Management
- Find the Divi layout in question.
- Select it and at the bottom of the page send it for translation.
- Go to WPML > Translations and take it and translate it.
If the issue persists, it might be related to the post listing item you use.
Go to the page in question in WordPress editor, from the top language switcher switch the language to secondary one. If you see a pop up select go anyway.
Go to Divi and manually select the post in the translation in Divi.
It is not recommended but it seems it will be the only way
I checked it but the post and the page are completely translated and WPML also shows a green check.
I cannot switch to a secondary language and edit because we are using root domains (hunterlab.de, hunterlab.fr and so on) so the backend does not work with the foreign languages
Thanks, It might be a problem with the compatibility with the widget in Divi you used. But needs to be checked, I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard after you make sure that you have a backup of your website.
It is absolutely important that you give us a guarantee that you have a backup so if something happens you will have a point of restore.
Thank you for the login information. I found out that the section you mentioned was created by a third party plugin called DiviFlash.
That plug-in at additional Divi widgets. The widget that is used on that specific section of the page is called: Posts List.
That specific widget and the plug-in itself is not compatible with WPML.
You will need to contact the developers of that plug-in and encourage them to make their plug-in compatible with WPML, they can apply for help in our go global program measure below:
