Background of the issue:
I am developing a site and want to send out confirmation emails to my Italian customers in Italian. I am using WPML and 5 Star Restaurant Reservation plugins. The initial reservation email is sent in the correct language, but the confirmation email after confirming the booking is not.
In the screenshot you can see that i translated the string correctly. I just want to know how i can translate this confirm email.
Symptoms:
The confirmation email is not being sent in the correct language after booking confirmation.
Questions:
How can I translate the confirmation email for bookings?
Is the issue related to WPML or the 5 Star Restaurant Reservation plugin?
I forgot to mention that you have to confirm the bookings in the backend of the 5 star reservation plugin to get the confirmation email. Check out the screenshot to see more. I can provide you backend access for this website.

1) I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.
Your answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.

✙ I need your permission to deactivate and reactivate the plugins and themes and change site configurations. This is also why the backup is critical.

The debug info will give me much information about how your site is configured.
Thanks for the access details. Please re-translate the templates hidden link">strings, clear the site and server caches, and reproduce the issue.
I noticed that the confirmation email is sent in German and Italian, even if the strings are not translated.
Please consult the Five Star Reservation plugin's support team about this issue and let me know their findings.
