Try deleting your cookies.

I've checked the (hidden link) on hidden link and it seems that there is a 301 redirection going on which is caused by the Rank Math plugin (notice: x-redirect-by: Rank Math on the code below:

Please check the configuration on the Rank Math plugin and, check if the issue persists.

Thanks

It seems the Chinese page is returning a 404 and the rank math is then 301ing to home page..

I need to fix the Chinese page so it does not return a 404....

BUT I can not complete the translation and I can not see it in translation jobs so that I can delete and start again .

Can you investigate why I am getting the 404 for a translated page and help resolve .. I will switch off the fallback redirect. so it now returns 404

I get a 301 redirect to the default language when trying to visit: hidden link

Could you please try clearing the website's cache (server-side included) and check if the issue persists?

Hi,

Thank you for the access, I was able to check further.

As you can see in this video here:hidden link I can access the ATE but it is needed to complete the translation.

Please check if you can complete the translation and check if the issue persists.

Hi,

I've completed the translation (it was needed to set the HTML markups for the translation text).

Please try the following after creating a full database and website backup:

1) Please go to WPML -> Support -> Troubleshooting page, then click the following:
- Clear the Cache in WPML
- Remove ghost entries from the translation tables
- Fix element_type collation
- Fix WPML table collation
- Set language information
- Fix post type assignment for translations

2) If the issue persists, kindly check again in a minimal environment by following these steps:

- Deactivate all the plugins that are not related to WPML.
- Switch for a moment to a WordPress default theme like Twenty Twenty-one.
- If the issue is gone, activate one by one to see with which one there is an interaction issue.

Let me know if that works for you.
