If you click on the link that appears below (you can see it in the screenshot): 'proceed with my refund', does the issue persist?

Hello Milena,
Mercedes here, from the WPML Admin team.

Like my colleague Carlos explained, when you go to our Refund page and you see this dialog, you should click the link that says Proceed with my refund.
You may also need to complete the reason why you're asking for the refund.
Please make sure to do this to move forward with the request.

Hello,

Unfortunately, even after clearing the cache and the cookies, I have the same issue. Also, I tried with another browser.

As an alternative solution, can you count this ticked as a request for a refund?
