Hello Milena, Like my colleague Carlos explained, when you go to our Refund page and you see this dialog, you should click the link that says Proceed with my refund. Let me know how it goes please. Thanks |

Hello, Unfortunately, even after clearing the cache and the cookies, I have the same issue. Also, I tried with another browser. As an alternative solution, can you count this ticked as a request for a refund? Thanks! |
