Hello,

Currently, the automatic application of glossary terms to your translations is only possible when translating with WPML AI.

How to manage translation engines on your site:
https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-change-automatic-translation-engines/

Other translation engines will not support such a feature and the translation will need to be adjusted manually.
